Kolo is an upcoming cafe in Lviv, Ukraine that celebrates the city’s rich coffee culture while introducing new brewing techniques and reimagined traditional desserts. I developed the brand logo, brand identity, and key visuals.

The word kolo means circle in Ukrainian and holds a deep, warm meaning for the founders. It reflects human warmth and the feeling of being at home in a safe and welcoming space, while also referencing the Ukrainian tradition of using geometric shapes in garments and everyday objects.
I began the project by developing the logo and brand book, defining the color palette, illustration style, and tone of voice. The logo is built from simple geometric forms that echo the name of the brand.

The color choices were inspired by key products such as coffee, cakes, biscuits, and jams. Combined with playful illustrations and a serif display typeface, the branding creates a mood that is both cozy and fun.
Beyond the core identity, I designed a landing page and a variety of social media materials to support the launch. My goal was to create consistent storytelling while maintaining a bold and playful tone of voice.

The visuals range from photography to illustration, from still images to motion design, helping to form a rich and engaging brand presence.
